Directions:
For salsa; add one scoop of Salsa blend (scoop provided) to one 14.5 ounce can of Petite Cut Tomatoes. Salsa is ready in seconds, but flavor will enhance if you allow it to marinate longer.
For a fresher taste; add one to three tablespoons to one pound finely diced fresh tomato.
Each salsa canister contains 14.5 Ounces of mix. Enough to make over 25 batches of salsa!

So I tried a taste of this at the Alaska State Fair in September and was impressed. I bought the 'five cans' order - three Spicy, two Extra Hot. I finally got a chance to mix some up. Oh, and I rarely really follow suggestions, er, instructions.
I used one 15oz can of "crushed tomatoes" and a 10oz can of Rotel - tomatoes with celery, and other ingredients added, along with about 1-3/4 scoops of the mix. It was dinner time so the mix didn't get a chance to nurture - It was AWESOME!
This is the only way I will ever make salsa again. So simple, tastes great, crowd-pleasing. Simply can't be beat!
